ስንፍና_ማሸነፊያ_8ቱ_የጃፓን_ዘዴዎች
1- ኢኪጋይ፦ በጠዋት ከአልጋህ በደስታ የምትነሳበትን የሕይወትህን ዓላማ ፈልግ።

2- ካይዘን፦ ትልቅ ውጤትን ከመጠበቅ በየቀኑ ትንንሽ መሻሻሎች ላይ አተኩር።

3-ሾሺን፦ ሁልጊዜ የትኛውንም ስራ የጀማሪነት አስተሳሰብ ይዘህ ቅረብ።

4-ሃራ ሃቺ ቡ፦ ሆድህ 80% ሲሞላ መብላትህን አቁም።

5-ሽንሪን ዮኩ፦ የተፈጥሮ ሻወር ማለት ነው። ተፈጥሮ ውስጥ ጊዜ ማሳለፍን ልመድ።

6- ዋቢ ሳቢ፦ ሁሉም ነገር ፍጹም አይሆንም። ፍጹም ያልሆነው ነገር ውስጥም
ውበትን እይ።

7-ጋንባሩ፦ በየትኛውም ትግዳሮት ውስጥ የምትችለውን ያህል ጥረት በማድረግ ስራ።

8-ጋማን፦ ነገሮች ሲከብዱና ሲከፉ ትዕግስትና ጽናት ይኑርህ።
