As the regular season wraps up, we’re thrilled to celebrate the HCNC teams who have earned their spot in the finals this season. Your hard work, determination and Hoppers spirit have shone through every single round. Congratulations — you’ve earned this.

But this isn’t just about our finals teams.
It’s about every single player, coach, team manager and supporter who has given their all across 13 rounds. The early mornings, the training sessions, the cheering, the resilience, the friendships — that’s what makes this club special.
