Sanchez came to me 18 months ago...

Tech sales. Already training. Already putting the work in.

You think it's the food...?

So you start pulling things out. Gluten. Dairy. Whatever you read about last. The diet gets tighter and tighter and the bloating, the brain fog, the energy crash after lunch never actually shift.

Here's what I see with the men I work with. Busy heads, high-pressure work, switched on all day. For you, it's rarely the food.

It's your stress physiology.

Your nervous system's stuck in performance mode.

Always alert, always scanning.

And your gut only works properly when your body feels safe enough to slow down produce stomach acid, release enzymes, move food through.

You're not giving it that. So it never gets the chance.

Dave's a business director in media down in London. Coming up to three years with me now.

When he first came to me the problem was never knowing what to do. He's a smart lad, he knew. It was the gap between knowing it and doing it.

He'd skip the session when work swallowed the day, overeat of an evening out of boredom, tell himself he'd get on it properly next week.

Meet Callum...

Operations Manager. Two years in the program.

He came in like a lot of the men we work with. Career firing. Calendar full. Wellbeing somewhere at the bottom of the list, always tomorrow's problem.

Training Update…

Holding a respectable condition post shoot.

Focus has been feeling good after an intense cut.

That’s meant a lot of hip mobility and core work, reducing my training frequency and intensity.

3 x Full Body
1 x Long Z2 CV
1 x Boxing

I’ve decided that I want to tighten things up even further so I’m going to start upping movement as we get into Summer.

Turning 30 was a big wake up call for me and a mindset shift from ‘pushing through’ to ‘working with not against your body’ which means cycling between when to push and pull - and I feel great for it.

Your health should built predictably, protected early and never compromised…

This is Ethan...

When he first joined us, we ran a shoot. Best shape of his life. The kind of photos most men dream of having and never get round to taking.

Then his mum passed.

I honestly couldn't be more proud of how he showed up for himself and the people around him, understandably he took the time needed to process things.

The he began the rebuild...

Up at 5am. In to the office before anyone else. Trained at the work gym before sitting down in a competitive sales environment.

In his first 10 months in the new business, he wrote of sales £1,996,901. UK BDM of the Year.
