Josh trained for over a decade before he found us.

Ten, fifteen years in the gym. Still not happy with what he saw in the mirror.

He's a management consultant. Always travelling, always out of routine, always somewhere new with no plan for the food or the training.

That's where most men come undone. The structure breaks the second life gets busy.

Josh is four years in now. Different challenges, same standards. The training doesn't slip, the focus doesn't drop, the energy stays.

Not because he found motivation. Because he found a system that travels with him.

If you've trained for years and still aren't where you want to be... you've been there.

Wondering what we can help you with?

In 12 months, you'll have optimised blood work, a lean 10% physique that turns heads, demands respect, and a system for every season in your life.

Monday thoughts...

If you haven't felt like yourself lately? Good. It's probably a sign you're growing.

I used to think a good physique was unattainable for someone like me. Not because of the training. Because deep down I didn't see myself as one of those guys.

So every time I made real progress, I'd revert straight back to my old physique.

Why?

Because the discomfort of the unfamiliar felt alien to me. I'd gravitate back to what was familiar, even though it was never what I actually wanted.

It's something I see time and time again with the men I coach now. They expect to feel good throughout the entire process.

I call it identity lag.

It's when your body moves faster than your self-image. The physique starts to change, the habits start to land, but on the inside you're still carrying the old picture of who you are. And your mind doesn't like that gap. So it does what the mind does. It tries to pull you back to the version of you it recognises.

That's why the inner critic gets loudest right when things are finally going well. It isn't a sign you're failing. It's the old identity fighting to stay in charge.

You have to keep pushing through regardless.

And that's going to mean...

Awkward conversations with friends and family.

Getting comfortable being alone with your thoughts.

Making choices that align with the person you want to become, even when you can't quite see the results yet.

I call it the messy middle.

And if you're in it right now, just remember...

Frustration always comes before breakthrough.

You're probably closer than you think. Keep going.

Thinking about TRT but sceptical or just don't know where to start?

On this episode I talk with Dr Max Draper, former GP turned mens health and hormone optimisation expert.

Max explains how TRT changed his life but who specifically can benefit from it (not everyone).

We got into the stuff the men's health space won't touch...

Why being handed TRT off a single blood number is actually dangerous.

Why it can leave you feeling worse, not better, if the foundation underneath it is broken and why it's quietly become the new antidepressant for men.

It's not the fix everyone's selling it as.

Sanchez came to me 18 months ago...

Tech sales. Already training. Already putting the work in.

But he'd been through other coaches before, and something never clicked. He didn't have the confidence to speak up. To ask. To say "I'm not sure I'm doing this right."

So he stayed quiet. And quiet keeps you stuck.

What changed wasn't the training itself. It was having men around him who'd walked the same road — weekly feedback, real structure, a room where reaching up wasn't weakness.

Eighteen months on, he's a different operator. The progression speaks for itself. But the thing that moved the needle was the confidence to ask the question he'd been swallowing for years.

You don't build this alone. You build it in the right room.

If you've been grinding on your own and the numbers still don't add up, that's usually the missing piece...not more effort.

The right room.

You think it's the food...?

So you start pulling things out. Gluten. Dairy. Whatever you read about last. The diet gets tighter and tighter and the bloating, the brain fog, the energy crash after lunch never actually shift.

Here's what I see with the men I work with. Busy heads, high-pressure work, switched on all day. For you, it's rarely the food.

It's your stress physiology.

Your nervous system's stuck in performance mode.

Always alert, always scanning.

And your gut only works properly when your body feels safe enough to slow down produce stomach acid, release enzymes, move food through.

You're not giving it that. So it never gets the chance.

In the new video I walk you through what's actually going on under the symptoms, why peptides won't fix a system that's still under load, and the three steps we use to find the real constraint.

Dave's a business director in media down in London. Coming up to three years with me now.

When he first came to me the problem was never knowing what to do. He's a smart lad, he knew. It was the gap between knowing it and doing it.

He'd skip the session when work swallowed the day, overeat of an evening out of boredom, tell himself he'd get on it properly next week.

What he actually needed wasn't more motivation.

It was structure. A schedule he could hold. A way to do his fair share at home as a dad and still claim the hour that keeps him sharp.

Three years on it's not a fight anymore. It's just who he is and has now completed his first photoshoot and PB'd a 1:29 half marathon.

You can't out-discipline dysfunction whether thats biological or behavioural.

Get the foundations right and the rest follows.

If you're looking to optimise your blood work, build a lean physique that demands respect, and create a system for every season to support YOUR actual life...
