**TOP REACH | Posture, muscular chains and scapular control**
From classical approaches such as **Mézières and Global Postural Reeducation (GPR)** to modern therapeutic exercise, one principle remains consistent: **mobility without control does not necessarily improve posture**.
In this **Top Reach** progression, we focus particularly on the shoulder girdle.
Resistance bands support **scapular setting**, facilitating controlled **scapular depression and adduction**: guiding the scapulae downward and toward each other to create a stable base for efficient shoulder movement.
The goal is not to rigidly fix the scapulae, but to improve **neuromuscular control and stabilization**, reducing excessive elevation, protraction and trunk compensations.
Changing hand and foot positions also modifies the **lever arms and stabilization demand**, integrating the exercise through the entire muscular chain, from the sole of the foot to the palm of the hand.
**Feedback Kits**, resistance bands and **Low Gravity** provide references, assistance or resistance to adapt the progression more precisely.
💡 **Good shoulder mobility requires a scapula that can position, stabilize and move efficiently.**
