Yin & a Dip is back!!

🤷🏼‍♀️ When? Thursday the 10th of September at 8.00am!
📍 Where? The Loco's beach in Torrevieja.
🌠 Investment is 5 euros.

Here's to another season of Yin yoga on the beach with a beautiful dip in the sea afterwards 😉 As usual this will continue throughout the year, even into the winter months 🥶😂😂 but in October we'll probably do early evenings instead of mornings.

If you prefer outdoor yoga we still have 2 classes on this week.

✅️ Kundalini yoga on Mondays at the Cala de la Higuera beach at 19.00h Torrevieja. This class is 7 euros.

✅️ Yin yoga on Thursdays by the poolside at 19.00h street Avenida Nobel no.143 in Torrevieja. This class is 10 euros.

😴 Our early morning Yin and a Dip starts on Thursday the 10th of September at 8.00am 👏

If you're coming along please let me know, this is more so for any unexpected cancellations that i might have to make.

Good morning!
Well what can i say? THANK YOU!! I think the photos speak for themselves ❤️❤️❤️ What a beautiful, relaxing evening we had under the almost full moon in the sky ️🌠

It was nice to see old friends and students that i haven't seen in such a loooooooong time 🩷 my heart feels well and truly full, again. Life really is precious and it's at times like this that i'm so grateful for these amazing times that we spend together ✨️ Food for the soul 💕

A special heartfelt thanks goes out to Yasmin Brookes for inviting me and allowing us to use her space to hold the event..THANK YOU!! We also got to meet Billy, her cat, who i think was quite happy to see the back of us 😻 bless him ❤️

I'm excited to announce that i'll be hosting a Yin yoga and Sound Bath evening at Yasmin Brookes house. It's on this Wednesday, the 26th of August at 19.00h and will finish about 20.45h.

Some people have requested to float on a lilo during the Sound Bath and that's fine, no problem, i have plenty of lilos from last year's events. However there will be a small additional cost of 5 euros more, if doing the FLOATING Sound Bath. Just like last year. I'll bring about 4 with me and then you can decide what to do 😉🌊

Please bring your mat and maybe a light blanket so that you don't get cold during the relaxation.

Me hace mucha ilusión anunciar que este miércoles 26 de agosto a las 19:00h estaré ofreciendo una preciosa tarde de Yin Yoga y Baño de Sonido en casa de Yasmin.

Algunas personas me habéis preguntado si podéis flotar encima de una colchoneta durante el Baño de Sonido… ¡y sí, por supuesto!

Al igual que el año pasado, tengo varias colchonetas así que llevaré unos 4 conmigo y podréis decidir ese mismo día si queréis disfrutar del Baño de Sonido flotando en el agua o sobre vuestra esterilla.

Habrá un pequeño coste adicional de 5€ para el Baño de Sonido FLOTANTE.

Por favor, traed vuestra esterilla de yoga y, si queréis, una manta ligera, para estar calentitos y cómodos durante la relajación.

Estoy deseando crear y sostener este espacio tan especial para vosotros, ¡y espero que vosotros también!

Thursday we're at the poolside at 19.00h for some Yin yoga and quiet time at Azahar Coffee Garden in Torrevieja...the perfect opportunity to slow down, relax, recharge and restore! A practice which brings balance to the whole of your wellbeing 😍
