⬇️ I started the Fight Shape Method after +15 years of coaching men +35 - in person.
Something most Instagram fitness coaches with bicep veins & sh*t hair cuts have never done.
Seeing and hearing the issues they deal with on a daily basis.
After 20 years of an amateur & professional career and dedicating most of my life to getting in ‘Fight Shape’.
