🌟 Have you ever felt like you’re not good enough? You’re not alone! Many people struggle with self-doubt, but it’s important to remember that you’re enough just as you are.

Over the last 75 Days I have been in so many situations where I haven’t felt I’m not good enough to achieve that. It’s a huge mental battle 🤯
I’m not consistent enough to achieve weight-loss, meaning Im not good enough, I can’t get fit enough for that, I’ll never keep up, I can’t run that fast, you can’t achieve your body goals, your not good enough! You can’t do that Jade!! The little voice in the back of my head 😳 we all have an inner critic and I will talk more about that soon and how to start to quieten that voice or unwanted opinion. Step by step I over came each, I’m not good enough moment. Definitely helped having an accountability partner 🫶🏼
I still have them moments of I’m not sure I believe I’m good enough…. But everyday I get stronger and the more action I take the more I work on that inner critic, I am confident the more I will grow.

Where it began… January I needed a massive goal to achieve, after trying to deal with grief, not being in a great place mentally or physically, I knew I needed to set something I believed wasn’t possible. Before I booked Malaga half marathon, I had only ran 10k once and then a few 6-8km I definitely didn’t feel like a runner 😅
Booked on for March Malaga half marathon and started training!! Felt I did enough training, went out to really just complete it and I did! 💪🏼
However my mindset dropped off again there was no consistency and now I had achieved this what was next?!?! Over the months I have grown from this person.
I work extremely hard on my mindset, my energy, my discipline and yes, most say I’m too hard on myself and do too much but that’s where I thrive, I love to grow and evolve, it makes me feel empowered….
So on that journey bought me to starting 75Hard and my ride or die where we have pushed our mental limits as much as our physical!! I’m sure that if it wasn’t for you and the accountability I wouldn’t have enjoyed and embraced the highs and lows every week! So thank you for being you!
I feel like I’m just getting started and super excited for what’s to come and where and what the journey will look like 💖💪🏼🤗
