Reflection on 14 days of journaling.

This year, I started with some new and old habits, I wanted to find out which ones are still working and which not.

Journaling is definitely a great technique to put your emotions, feelings out there... While no one is watching.🤫

The conclusion of constant journaling:

1️⃣It Is your own therapist.
2️⃣Is amazing way to see your thoughts and deal with emotions related to them. 3️⃣Is like a meditation... Your own, private moment.
4️⃣I started to think before I speak...And this one is a big victory for me.

🤯 "This madness will never finish" ... This thought is staying in many minds lately.

But, I want to encourage you!

Yes, our society is splitting in 2 and it is visibile more that ever.
Friends of yours become friends of "yesterday" because their choice is different from yours. 😢
Waves of constant dark news are coming on you like a tsunami.

But I just wanna say: "STOP!" ⛔
Don't permite to anyone to drag you in a dark hole!

We have to stick together, independently of the choices we made or we will do! 🙋🏻‍♀️ Together we are power and force!

The light will shine, as it always does!

Just finished 2 hours brainstorming with my favourite expert.

When you are starting to do what you love with people you want to do it, everything starting to have a sence.

🪂Your adrenaline gets in
🪂You feel empowered
🪂You feel needed
🪂You feel yourself in the right place, at the right time
🪂And you are doing something that other people will benefit from

🤔The journey in the unknown!

I've had an opportunity to be at a business breakfast this morning.🥐☕

10 people, different ages, different nationalities, in different businesses.

‼️But the same problem‼️

Not having a clear road map to navigate your business, not having a clear goal and understanding how to create work/life balance!

When you are starting a business, there are so many tasks and things to do, that you quickly become overwhelmed, lost, demotivated and starting to lose your resources!
Time/health/relationships/money.😭

After my extensive experience in branding, after launching my in AU and helping to launch online products for online schools and online businesses, I can see the business as a car, where each piece is in the right place, properly functioning!

👉The road map for getting where you want and knowing where you want to go is very important! But knowing how to create and maintain the work/life balance is essential!

😏💭The best gift you should give to yourself is to accept YOURSELF! Fully! Like as you would fall in love with yourself! ❤️

Without trying to match trends and moments that everyone around are trying to sell us!

You can be whatever you want, as long as it resonate with your intuition, purpose and vision!

Choose your path by listening to your internal feelings and emotions!🤗

‼️2 important things to keep in mind:
1️⃣ Choose who you want to bring along!

2️⃣ Let you help to get to your B point. It can be a good friend, books, courses, psychologist, community of like minded people, santiago's walk or mentor! You can even choose a few?! Why not, right! 😃

It is easier to grow and living the transformation 🐛🦋 while being supported and cherished!

At which point are you now?! Begging, almost there, enjoying your B point?!

🥺 "Everyone comes first, I'll find some time for myself later!"

LATER becomes NEVER!

Tried and practiced for many years! 🤷‍♀️

Why the formula of all businesses says the same?! : "Pay yourself first, then everyone else?!"

Because that's a healthy relationship, that helps you to grow your business, feel fulfilled, motivated, happy and hungry for more goals! 💡

YESTERDAY statistics in my stories (you still can see it⏳) says that all of you are straggling with " me-time" and are emotionally drained! 😔

These 2 things are connected!!!

If you can't find time to preoritise the most important person, let's say it out loud "YOU", you will feel yourself ALWAYS emotionally drained!

Who want to know how to exit this "ugly" game?! 🤔

The best way to descovere it is by asking yourself :"When is the last time you did something new?!"📝

Well, for me, last period of my life is a constant stepping out of a comfort zone!
And I see only a good things because of it and an incredible personal growth! 🚀❤️👌
