Hi there,

So last week I took a last minute to Portugal, and I just fell in love with this little town; Carvoeiro. 🇵🇹🌴

The nature over here is just breath taking!
The people over here are so lovely, kind and helpfull! And don’t get me starting about the food 🤤

This was my first warm holiday ever. And I just needed this new experience and creating memories. 💓

I am busy having this whole new lifestyle and loving a different side of me. Meeting a new me. ✨

This is all just a small step in the right direction 💯 and enjoying life to its fullest!

Hi there,

Yay weekend! What are you going to to this weekend? 🥂

First of all:
I am going to work this weekend at the hotel that I work in and hit the gym as much as possible. Also I will spend my sunday afternoon with my mom and the mom of my boyfriend for mothersday ❤️

Second of all:
I would like to introduce my boyfriend. His name is Koen and we met 5 years ago and have been in a relationship for almost 1,5 year.

He really is my “Lover & Best Friend.”, We never get bored of each other and everyday is another day with the most beautifull memories. He is my daily support and without him I wouldn’t have got the courage to share my stories and positivity on social media. 👫

My boyfriend is the reason I started to go to the gym. He has been going for 4 years now and he started to motivate me. We train almost everyday together now.

He didn’t push me to go to the gym because of the way that my body is. He pushed me because I had lack of motivation through out the day. 💏

Now that I have been working out for almost 6 months my health has inproved so much and I’ve got LOTS of energy through out the day! 💥

Also Koen is a really sweet, handsome and honest boyfriend and for those girls who don’t believe “good boys” don’t excist anymore.. They do and actually a lot of them excist.

Make sure a boy treats you in the way that you deserve to be treated and the other way around.

Spread love and spread kindness ✨

Strike a pose! 📸✌🏻 I took a photo with this lion statue, because that is what we human beings are. Lions. 🦁

And I didn’t put a filter on this photo, because I want everyone to see that girls can be beautiful without one.
The color of my eyes are real, the dark circles under my eyes are also real. Those circles are showing how hard I am working to get to the life I want.

This is me, I am human and I am beautiful

Every person has so much strength and please don’t ever doubt yourself, because everyone is beautiful in their own way.

Everyone has their own style, smile and personality and all of those things are so important to treasure.

No one is you and that’s your power!
