I used to believe that if I could just manage everything well enough,
the pressure would ease.

Instead, the more I carried, the more my life started riding my body like a debt.

What I’ve learned working with high-achieving women is this:

We want to show up.

So of course we’re scared.
For a long time, I believed fear meant I should stop.

Wait.

Shrink back.
But fear isn’t a stop sign.
It’s energy moving through the body.
