What a crazy year we are finishing! So much disruption.

I am grateful for all the lessons and teachings 2020 has brought me.

I’m equally grateful for all the blessings I have received in a year that was unlike any other so far.

I’m excited for 2021 and what the universe wants to create through me.

I’m choosing an open heart always and to receive the magic coming my way.

Thank you for being here, thank you for following me, thank you for choosing to have me as a coach, thank you for your light, smiles and messages, thank you for your energy and thank you for crossing my path. Most of all, thank you for your love, teachings and lessons!

Much love to you and may your 2021 be full of blessings and magic as well!

The cost of not following your heart, is spending the rest of your life wishing you had - J. Paulsen

What a quote! And how much truth there is to find in it.

I remeber a time when I had stopped to dream. A time where I was stuck in societies rat race, my own thoughts and limiting beliefs.

I had also stopped to listen to my heart and trust it. Forever my heart had told me to go explore and search for another path.

Over time I couldn’t hear it anymore. I was numb. I had completely lost contact with myself, my dreams and what I wanted in life.

Until I couldn't take it anymore. I couldn't accept that happiness seemed to be available for everyone but me.

I made a decision.

It's better to try something new, something different than just accepting to not be ok.

I'd rather try and fail than just being ok with not being ok.

I understood that it was a choice. My choice!

It was therefore my responsibility to make myself happy. No matter what.

It is YOUR responsibility to make yourself happy too!

In my case that meant, quiting everything. House, Job and I even unregistered in Switzerland.

A big leap you think? But is it really when your heart is telling you to go about a dream?

If your heart is telling you to heal, HEAL!
If your heart is telling you to take care of yourself, TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF!
If your heart is telling you to ask for help, ASK FOR HELP!
If your heart is telling you to try something new, TRY SOMETHING NEW!
If your heart is telling you to invest into yourself, INVEST INTO YOURSELF!

Your heart knows the path to happiness, don't you think?!

In fact it is the most direct line to happiness, not your reasoning mind!
When you feel that spark arising inside of you and you drift away in some imagination of that very dream and BOOOOM, NOTHING!

Your mind has talked you out of it... What if it doesn't work? What if I don't see the results? What if they don't like me?

WHAT IF IT DOES WORK? WHAT IF YOU DO SEE RESULTS? WHAT IF THEY DO LIKE YOU?

It's a choice!

We do not know what's going to happen anway! WE DON'T! No one knows...

Life is full of leaps... all the time. We take a step and then we figure it out. There is nothing else than that!

So, try! Try things!

Try that course you saw and your heart was drawn to!
Try that coaching where you felt a spark arise inside of you!
Try that community that filled you with joy and laughter!

Take bigger leaps and be amazed about the magic you make room for in your life!

Don't be scared, be excited!

New ways bring new experiences and possibilities.

And isn't that where you'd like to live? In the realm of opportunities and chances?

I thought so... but again, it's a choice!

Who we are today is an accumulation of past experiences.

We predict a future based on the past and behave accordingly. Most of these patterns are subconsciously running and entirely automatic though.

Now that actually means, that we create the same future over an over again, UNLESS we change who we are in the process.

And you can't change if you can't let go of your past.

“You will be free the moment you stop worrying about what other people think of you.”

We tend to limit ourselves. But also, we tend to let ourselves be limited by others.

You know, I was a dreamer all the way. I had lost the ability a couple of years ago though.

A big part of this is because no one else around you dreams anymore.

The path is given, society leads the way.

This is perfect for a lot of people but horrible for others. Like me back in the day.

The pain it caused, not knowing where to go in life and if that really was all to life, nearly destroyed me.

BUT you can’t blame anyone else for letting it happen.

In the end you decide what you do and what you want. Don’t put the Key to your HAPPINESS in someone else’s pocket!

But make your happiness a priority and work on yourself and become that person you see in your vision.

Step by step. It’s not easy obviously, if everyone around you thinks differently but every minute you spend wondering what if, and whishing for change is a waste of time really.

It's giving your power away!

The same as fears and what if's... what if it doesn't work out?

It’s about what could go right!

I believe your energy is better used with the second thought, wouldn't you agree?

It’s a decision you gotta make:

Are you gonna limit yourself?

Or are you gonna allow yourself to be happy?
