Because sport doesn’t stop at a certain age — but access to it often does.
We’ve seen how powerful it is when women stay in the game later in life: confidence, community, identity, wellbeing. It matters more than people think.
But it’s also become impossible to ignore the other side of the gap — girls dropping out far too early, or never getting enough consistent opportunity in the first place.
So the direction is simple:

Ever trained with an international netball player? 🏐

On our Thailand Netball Tour, you’ll have the chance to do exactly that.

We’re thrilled to have Cat Tuivaiti joining us at Pattana Sports Resort, delivering a series of on-court coaching clinics throughout the week.

Here’s what you can expect:

🏐 Practical skill sessions to sharpen your game
🏐 Insights into how elite players read the game and make decisions under pressure
🏐 A relaxed Q&A where you can ask Cat anything about performance, mindset and life as a professional athlete
🏐 Coaching adapted to different playing levels so everyone is challenged and supported

And of course… it’s not just about coaching.

You’ll also take part in exciting tournaments throughout the week, while enjoying tropical open/closing parties, sunshine and meeting players from around the world.

Porto Women’s Football Tournament 🇵🇹

We’re heading back to Porto this October for our 8-a-side women’s tournament — and we’re opening categories for:

• 18+
• 40+
• And… Walking Football is officially back.

After going without a walking football tournament last year, we’ve decided it was time. The demand last year didn’t go unnoticed — so here we are!

This weekend is about competitive football, yes — but it’s also about bringing women together across age groups, creating space to play, travel, and enjoy the game at every stage.

Porto gives us the perfect backdrop: football, team dinners, a bit of sunshine energy we all love.

41 years old. - Olympic gold. 🥇

In a sport measured in hundredths of a second.

While everyone’s rightly hyped about the next generation coming through,

let’s hear it for Elana Myers Taylor.

In bobsleigh. On ice. At full speed.

And she wasn’t alone...

Fellow American Kaillie Humphries — aged 40 — took bronze.

Do the maths and the average age on that podium was pushing 40 (36 to be precise)

That’s power.
That’s persistence.
That’s “I’m still here — and I’m still winning.”

We had an amazing idea after meeting some great people at a networking event over in Florida earlier this year. We have been taking about it and putting our ideas together for months, and while we are busy behind the scene putting the final details in place, we at least now have a logo for the event! (step one complete) ✅

More details to come but we are so excited to be holding our inaugural Flag Football Tournament in 2026 in We of course, have a women's category (because hello, there are not enough women in sport!) but we are also super excited to open it up to Co-ed Sub 17 and Sub 15 as we are also huge ambassadors of actually keeping teenage girls in sport in the first place.

A new sport joining the Level Up family… and let’s just say one of next year’s tours might just involve a tropical setting and a coaching clinic with a world-famous netballer. Our last Level Up tournament of the year — and what a finish!

It wasn't without is bumps in the road (or should that be wrong turns - the local driver blatantly getting everyone lost and rocking up 45 minutes late - classic 🙈), but once the games kicked off the energy was unreal.
Teams hugged, laughed, competed, and reminded us exactly why we do this.

The feedback? “Loved the vibe. Loved the other teams. Can’t wait for the next one.”
That’s a win in our book 💪✨
