UK TIME
We spent only a couple of days in London and then we toured the UK . The weather was unbelievably warm and it confused me a little bit! Nice to see friends, eat a lot of pastries and hang out with lovely people⭐️ My posts are delayed because I was so tired and I also injured myself on my first day back to work 🙃

Let’s get you to the next level people.
These are obviously slightly more advanced but you can modify them easily . These will get you stronger for inversions too🤌🏼
💪🏻hollow body flutter kicks
💪🏻 knee tucks
💪🏻hollow body plank hold (extend as much as you can the arms)
💪🏻plank with side knee tuck hold
💪🏻straddle legs lifts
💪🏻side plank with leg lift hold

Learn how to do an L sit hold🙌🏻💪🏻
It is an isometric exercise that builds core stability, hip flexor strength, and shoulder control by having you lift your entire body and straight legs off the ground using only your arms. Most people get a crazy quad and hip flexor cramp from this!
Let’s get you to earn this! The exercises start from easier to harder 💪🏻
1) tucked knee - leg lift the other without tilting your upper body back
2)straddle position leg lift w block. Strengthen those hip flexors
3) l hold - feet down to tabletop position
4) l hold - feet down hooold - lift the hips up and through the legs
5) l hold - feet down w alternate leg lift
6) tucked knees hold
7) tucked knees w alternate leg extensions

Do these and you will get there in no time 💪🏻🫶🏼🙌🏻

Flow, meditate , be with yourself with no noise from outside influences. That is how you understand your self , how you reconnect with yourself . Just your body , your breath and your mind. I missed the sun, the sea, being outside and movement just for me .
