Shoutout to entrepreneurs ⚡️

Today is national entrepreneurs’ day in Finland 🇫🇮 and even though I’ve never been an entrepreneur in Finland, entrepreneurship is what I identify myself here in Canary Islands 🇮🇨

I was surprised how lost and failed I felt when I closed my autónoma for the first time after 8 years in 2023.

Being your own boss awakens both freedom, and responsibility in me.

Being a business owner is humbling - a constant cha-cha between surrendering & control, between strength & flexibility, between small steps & big visions.

In its best it feels amazing 😻

You put yourself into it, go after what’s valuable, wear heart on your sleeve and create change, growth & connection.

When you stumble, you get back up - it stretches your limits, expands your comfort zones and sometimes also sense of trust, and ability to move through the waves 🌊 of uncertainty & doubt.

With motherhood,

entrepreneurship has been one of the biggest blessing & lesson in my life.

There is a lesson in A Course In Miracles that I revisited today…

It’s lesson 48, and it says: “The presence of fear is a sure sign that you are trusting in your own strength” …

Today I salute each and every one of you, fellow entrepreneur out there, who keep bringing forth your gifts & talents out to this world, sometimes with more grace than the other times 😅🙌🏽

Moms who nurture their families, as well as their clients, and communities ❤️

NAMASTE,
The light in me salute and honors the light in you - and when you’re in that space & connection within yourself, and I am in my space & connection within myself, there is no separation between us WE ARE ONE ⚡️

PARIS 🇫🇷

When you have a FRIEND you’ve known 4EVER and even you live so incredibly unfair far away from each other - the minute you step into same country and same city and in the same place - the connection, the laughs - the humor, the ease, the fun, the depth feels so familiar ❤️‍🔥

I traveled from Fuerteventura, KYLLI from Finland. Last night we saw amazing LAUREN HILL ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 and today we’re gonna HOP ON HOP OFF like tourist in town!

Are you resilient, or have you just got really good at enduring? ⚡️

I’ve been mixing these for a long time 🌙 but then I’ve started to wonder and pay attention…

Resilience is not rigidity with a smile.

At the moment it feels more like:

🌙 adapting
recovering
allowing
pausing
asking
changing plans
pivoting
returning
resetting
beginning again

Can I stay connected to myself while life moves through its high & low tides? 🌊 😅

What about you? Does resilience interest you too at the moment?

Laughter feels… LIGHT 😂

I would like to share why I am so excited to include guided LAUGHS into our next virtual women’s gathering.

A few years ago, I experienced a mini taster of laughter yoga on our Portugal retreat.

I’ll be honest—I was sceptical.

I remember thinking, ‘How am I supposed to laugh? This is going to feel so awkward.’

And at first somehow it kinda was, and then it wasn’t -

Something shifted.

As everyone started laughing together, I found myself genuinely laughing too (video)

And laughting felt light -

I’d stepped out of the head and into my body.

That experience stayed with me and I loved how Trixie guided us so lightheartedly 💖

It reminded me that joy is actually quite near by in us… and bubbles up when opened 🙌🏽

Last March when Trixie joined my Rocket Training here in Fuerteventura, she shared that she sometimes practices with groups online = they go into zoom and simply laughs for 10-15 minutes. 🤨😂

“Hi! Hola! How are you? Ha ha haaaaCiao! Thanks Have a good day!”

And I intuitively thought “That’s FUN” 🤩

So here we are - Our next Full Moon 🌕 “Seriously FUN” (yep that’s the title 😅) Virtual Women’s Gathering with Trixie coleading with me 🥳

I want to bring this into our quarter yearly circle experience.

No, we don’t need to feel happy all the time, and I do want to open some serious topics too in this gathering -

At the same time I believe the healing includes playfulness, lightness and self permission to let go 🙌🏽 (which is exactly what I have been holding over the past years in a middle of my own control - surrender spiritual street fight) 🙌🏽

As always, comment “YES” to receive more info (no need to decide whether to join the circle or not)

“Yes” has its own energy of receiving 🤲

🔥“When I arrived I was excited cos I already knew it would be wonderful!

I felt even better after as I had a clear release of energy, grounding and centring.

During the second/third songs (safe and I am the light) the beat, the lyrics, melody there was an internal shift and I felt like I was just floating in space.

This happened again later in yoga nidra.

Calm and light.

What surprised me was how easily we all integrated across the miles and computers!

Still felt like we were all there together.

That we must do this again and build on this somatic dance experience.

I would say try it and trust in the process.

It guides you.

No skill or previous dance experience required just a deep internal listening.

That I felt goooooood!

Free and happy.

Safe and not judged.”

Thank you Jackie 🔥 I appreciate you and these words.

Jackie came to the zoom room with two of her friends with her - so she had an online & also shared in-person session. That I just love!

We will be dancing in few days - COMMENT “🔥” to join!

🔥 Reflection from a recent ROOTS participant:

“At the beginning, I felt a lot of tension in my body, and my movements felt stiff and fragmented.

My attention was strongly focused on the outside world, and it was difficult to turn inward.

After moving for a while, a few tears came, and everything began to feel softer.

Now, after the session, I feel more connected to myself.

One insight was how important it is to keep reconnecting with yourself, to look inward, and to live according to your own feelings rather than perform for others, regardless of what they might think.

Through the body, it is possible to step out of the mind.

What matters is how it feels, not how it looks from the outside.

Your words and guidance during the session were really touching.”

❤️

This is one of the reasons I created 🔥 ROOTS

- to share a space where we can listen to the breath and to the body. To ourselves.

A space where there is no right way to move, nothin to improve, no one to perform — just an opportunity to experience ourselves differently.

Small shifts that can create seismic changes in our lives.

🔥 ROOTS is a somatic Breath & Dance practice for returning to yourself.

Through breath, movement, music and body awareness, you’ll explore what happens when you slow yourself down to listen.

And you soften with what you’ve been holding.

And you reconnect with what you’ve been forgetting.

So that you can remember what is already in you -

In our session you get to ROOT into your body, into your breath -
and into who you are today.

I am beyond excited to share this space with you - Say YES and I’ll send you the zoom link for the next session (online) 🙋🏼‍♀️💻🎼🔥

This is not about pushing harder or burning more of your energy 🔥 THIS IS ABOUT releasing some of what youve been carrying.

Tension. Holding. Constant giving.

We don’t need more effort. We need permission to soften. To breathe and move in a way that guides us back home to ourselves - and it will -

What have you been carrying lately?

Comment Yes!! for the NEXT SESSION to receive 🙌🏽 Let’s refill your cup 🧡

I almost let my inner critic sabotage me again 🙈

So this week I went Live on my graduates group and “accidentally” ended up crying while streaming LIVE.

It happened from remembering.

Remembering the circles ❤️ and the community.

Feeling the truth of what happens when people gather in real practice, intention and presence.

And almost immediately after… shame stepped in…

“Why did you show that?”
“You’re too emotional.”
“That was unprofessional.”
“This will weaken your credibility.”

Oh gosh - She’s a tuff cookie 🍪🤯

…maybe you know that voice too.

So instead of hiding (and overriding) it, I want to talk about it.

Inside my sacred SOUL TRIBE Facebook group, I’m going LIVE about:

— being vulnerable online
— the shame spiral after being seen
— how the inner critic hijacks conscious creation
— and how we can _always_ return to the Inner Teacher instead

Because what I’ve learned is this:

The critic doesn’t arrive because we are weak.

- It arrives when something stronger is rising ✨

If you’ve ever felt the urge to disappear after expressing yourself…this live is for you!

Join us inside the group: SOUL TRIBE - Sacred Circles & Yoga Off The Mat

🔥 I will do 15 truth awakening Friday Lives in a row, this one being 2/15 😍

Lena’s music ❤️

Today is my dad's birthday - and I am celebrating by surprise-releasing a song 🤍

'Tears Inside' was based on a poem written by my father a few years ago... an invitation to heal the masculine part of our lineage, it tells his story from childhood until now. I soon wrote a melody and more recently added some Spanish lyrics of my own.

I've spent a lot of time healing the feminine - and writing songs about this journey - but a huge part of our shared somatic experience is also generations of men being told that 'boys don't cry' and that emotions are a sign of weakness.

Our grandfathers learnt this from their fathers and passed in on to ours - and it's had a huge impact on every one of us, shaping the way we interact with each other and ourselves.

This song is an invitation for the men in our lives as well as our inner masculine to recognise that it's safe to let the tears flow and to feel and live fully.

Happy birthday Papa 🎈 - may you always feel safe and held to let the river of your emotions flow through you.

Song link in the comments - every listen, save, playlist and share supports independent music in today's world!
