Some winning and some losing from a few weeks ago during our adult trip to the Pyrenees! 🤪 Fun beatering edit by with some of the “highlights” of the last few days paddling some hidden gems on the Cinca and Ara Valleys.

Provably the biggest and most committing EWWS send so far. Thanks for capturing this powerful moment.

It’s been 2 years since .marks first showed up to take part in the Val Sesia Camp as a 13 year old. His progression since then has been nothing short of extraordinary. Not only we’ve paddled more often with him than with any other EWWS paddler (maybe except for ) - he is provably one of the most active paddlers in the UK, constantly chasing the water and looking for new runs and drops.

There are many factors that need to fall in place for us to take someone down a stretch such as the Lower Ayasse and honestly it might never happen again. Provably what’s happening here is that we’re not really taking Dan down anymore. He has entered the last stage of development of a paddler. We don’t explain lines or go over technique anymore - we discuss line choices, safety strategies and decision making.

Thankful for the good lines we both had!

Full story: We headed to the Lower Ayasse but the level was a bit too high for pur taste - we decided to go for a Classic Ayasse where we met with - took him a bit of conviencing but we ended up taking the chance and rallying with him! Thanks for the motivation dude!!!
