Deep Zen is driven by Kosho Loïc Vuillemin 🇨🇭, multiple national record holder and first Swiss freediver to reach 101m in CWT. Loïc Vuillemin | Freediving Zen monk Kosho

Loïc Vuillemin (CH) from his birth name became the monk Kosho at age 20. Since then, intensive practice and spirit of service made him the dedicated person he is today. Certified Zen Master inside Deshimaru-Kosen lineage in 2013,

he became, with the guidance of late Steven Keenan, an Aida freedive instructor in early 2017. Co-founder and keeper of Yujonyusanji temple during almost 10 years, Kosho has lately decided to walk again in the social world, acting as an authentic monk, freedive instructor and competition athlete. At present time, Loïc already registered multiple (17) national records for Switzerland in the disciplines of CWT, CWTb & FIM with dives below 85m deep. He participated also to Swiss, Egyptian and World Championships. A strong, safe and charismatic freediver. In 2020, Loïc scored first overall in depth disciplines. In 2022, he's the first Swiss to reach 100m in CWT. For Loïc, the practice of Zen meditation and freediving is the key to a deeper understanding and achievment... beyond even self. The monk Kosho is also a loving husband and a caring father. He speaks french, english and spanish...

Some of you may be into Christmas gifts and stuff, so think about offering freediving to your grown up kids or to yourself for the coming year. Contact me to set a cool pack and make a great gift.

Standards don't allow me to certify kids aged less than 16, which was the case that day. If so, you gotta do the course you to, to discover, understand, share and assume the teaching with them. Never dive alone and get into what your kids do.

From 16 years old, with parental consent, grown ups can go for aida 1, 2 and 3... so yeah, you can just drop them off 😉🙏
