Hi everyone,

I’m so happy, and honestly a little emotional, to finally share something that has been in my heart for more than ten years.

My name is Azza. I’ve spent over 20 years teaching English in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and now Italy, where I live with my family.

But beyond teaching, I’ve always been passionate about helping women reconnect with themselves.

Over the last ten years, I’ve attended many retreats around the world. Every one of them gave me something valuable, but they also helped me understand one simple truth.

A retreat is not a vacation.

It’s a pause.

A space where you stop performing, stop rushing, stop taking care of everyone else, and finally allow yourself to be taken care of.

Every time I came home, I felt calmer, lighter, clearer, and more connected to myself.

That’s when I asked myself,

I created it for women who are tired of carrying everything.

I could have built a beautiful AI-generated website.

I could have tried to make everything look perfect from day one.

But that’s not what I wanted.

I wanted to build this one conversation at a time.

One woman at a time.

I want to know the women behind the messages.

I want to build friendships.

I want to build trust.

I want to create a community that lasts far beyond one retreat.

Even if you never join one of my retreats, I would still love to know you.

Because I don’t believe retreats are just a business.

People often say,

“It’s business. Nothing personal.”

For me…

It’s exactly the opposite.

This is deeply personal. ❤️

This is probably the most personal thing I’ve ever shared.

My name is Azza. I’ve spent more than 20 years teaching English in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and now Italy, where I live with my family.

But behind my career, I was also living what so many women experience.

Always giving.
Always taking care of everyone else.

The Power of Women Gathering

One of the most transformative parts of this journey is not the yoga, the sea, or even the pyramids.

It is the women.

Many of us spend years carrying our responsibilities alone. We become so focused on work, family, and daily life that we forget the healing power of being truly seen and understood by other women.

When women come together in a safe and supportive space, something remarkable happens.

You begin to recognize parts of yourself in the stories of others.

One woman reminds you of your strength.

Another reminds you of your softness.

One shows you the importance of boundaries.

Another teaches you how to receive support and love.

It is as if every woman carries a different expression of feminine wisdom, and each encounter awakens something that has been waiting inside you.

Many women arrive feeling tired, disconnected, or unsure of themselves.

But when they witness other women speaking honestly, expressing emotions freely, laughing openly, and supporting one another without judgment, they begin to remember that they can do the same.
