ATHLETIC CORE DRILLS FOR STABILITY & CONTROL

Core training is more than trunk flexion.

The trunk functions to stabilize position, transfer force, and coordinate movement between the upper and lower body.

Efficient athletes must be able to resist, produce, and redirect force through multiple planes of motion while maintaining control.

Exercises featured:
• Hip Flexor Sit-Up
• GHD Side flexion
• Banded Suitcase March
• Banded Med Ball Pallof Rotations
