June is here, bringing a new month of growth at Medusa ✨

Our regular class schedule remains unchanged, offering a consistent space to build strength, mobility, confidence, and a deeper relationship with your body.

This month’s focus is Integrated Body Awareness 🌙
A practice of connecting movement, breath, sensation, and attention so that what you do on the mat or in the hammock becomes something you can carry into everyday life.

We’re also expanding beyond yoga and aerial arts, with new collaborations in the making that continue to grow Medusa into a space for learning, creativity, meaningful experiences, and genuine human connection.

Whether you’re taking your first step or refining an established practice, there is space for you here 🤗

Before we teach skills, we teach listening.

Our Kids & Teens classes, open from age 5 and up, offer a space where young people can explore, express, and discover through movement.

Through aerial arts, mindful practices, and playful challenges, they cultivate confidence, coordination, creativity, and meaningful connection with their peers.

There are moments of laughter, curiosity, courage, and the joy of seeing the world from a different perspective.

Beneath every swing, climb, and suspension lives something deeper:
