ZCRT is hosting Eng. Saif Fararh for a deep dive into the core of vehicle electronics: Low Voltage Systems! ⚡🏎️
This session will focus on the engineering mindset and practical problem-solving approaches required for designing and implementing competitive Low Voltage (LV) systems in motorsports.
📋 The Agenda:
System Overview: A quick summary of the LV system's role in the car and how it integrates with the overall vehicle architecture.
Hands-On Experience: Real-world insights into the daily work of an LV Team, covering wiring, harnesses, relays, fuses, dashboards, lights, sensors, and grounding.
Basic Architecture: A simplified breakdown of the LV system flow: Source / DC-DC ➡️ Distribution ➡️ Branches ➡️ Loads & Signals.
Responsibilities & Challenges: Practical obstacles you will face during implementation, workshop fabrication, and testing phases.
Common Pitfalls: Identifying and troubleshooting frequent issues in wiring, grounding, and system protection.
The Starting Line for Newbies: The essential skills and knowledge new members need to learn first to make an immediate impact on the team.
Open Q&A & Discussion: Bring your technical and practical questions about LV systems!
