Over the past weeks, I’ve been preparing—not in silence, but in presence. Deeply grounded, expanding, aligning.
Now is the right moment has come to step into the next chapter—wider, brighter, and fully mine.

New Month. New Chapter. New Energy.
It’s official: I’m flying out of Egypt with a heart full of gratitude and legs ready to dance into my next destination💃
It’s a see you soon—just not here, not in Egypt.
You might not see me in the gym,
but you’ll feel me in every rep we did together,
in every empowered moment we shared.
My energy stays in the echoes of every class,
and my journey?
It continues—louder, freer, stronger than ever 💫
Egypt, you gave me so much.
A place to build. To teach. To lead.
To laugh, to sweat, to stand up stronger again and again.
You gave me memories, muscles, and… probably a few extra reps I didn’t ask for 😂💪🏻
