فيتامين D :-
أهميته مشابه لمعدن الكالسيوم، فهو ضروري للعظام، كما يساعد الأعصاب في نقل الرسائل المختلفة في أنحاء الجسم.

🔴 بإمكانك الحصول على الكمية المناسبة من هذا الفيتامين عن طريق الشمس ولكن احذر من الجلوس المطول تحت أشعتها، إذ تكفي 10- 15 دقيقة يومياً.
🔵 بالأضافه تعتبر منتجات الألبان من أهم أنواع الأطعمة التي تحتوي على نسبة عالية من فيتامين D و جميع أنواع الأسماك و المشروم و المحار و البيض.
