الرياضة والدراسة وجهان لعملة النجاح! ⚽📚

أولياء الأمور الأعزاء، لاعبين المستقبل:
هل تعتقدون أن ممارسة كرة القدم أو أي رياضة أخرى قد تؤثر على التحصيل الدراسي؟ الحقيقة عكس ذلك تمامًا! إليكم بعض الأسباب التي تجعل الرياضة عاملًا إيجابيًا للدراسة والتفوق:

1️⃣ تنشيط العقل والجسم: الرياضة تُحفّز الدورة الدموية، مما يعزز تدفق الأكسجين إلى الدماغ، وهذا يعني ذاكرة أقوى وتركيزًا أعلى.
