Confidence can be trained💪🏼
A huge thank you to for inviting me back to their basketball camp to do Mindset Fitness for the third year in a row. It means a lot to see one of Estonia’s leading basketball clubs investing in young athletes beyond basketball skills and physical training.
This year we introduced board breaking.
It may look like just breaking a board, but that’s not what the athletes are really learning.
Before every break, they practiced visualization, made a clear decision, committed to it, and experienced what confidence feels like when the mind and body work together.
Those are the same skills they’ll use when taking a big shot, responding to mistakes, or facing challenges beyond sport.
A special thank you to for joining me as an assistant coach again this year. He’s a great example of an athlete who trains his mind just as intentionally as his body.
If you’d like to bring this experience to your camp, team, or sports organization, I’d love to help your athletes build confidence through an experience they’ll never forget.
Because confidence isn’t something you’re born with.
It’s something you train. 💪
