🙈 Let me be honest with you – this happens to me too.
I write shopping lists so I don’t forget things. I set reminders on my phone. And still... sometimes I’m standing in the middle of a room thinking – wait, what did I actually want to do? 😅
Sound familiar?
This is not a sign of weakness – this is just 45+. And yes, I’m a fitness coach. 😄
But here’s what I’ve learned: Don’t let a little memory gap decide whether you do your workout.
You got up. You put on your sports clothes. That counts. 💪
