Been a Minute since our last block or post about what we’ve upto but i’ve had the pleasure of working with Redcliffe Dolphins u17 Cyril Connell squad since November last year as their Strength & Conditioning Coach.

It’s been a pleasure working with this group along side some elite coaching staff and a group of champions keeping the trophy where it needs to be 4years running first year making it official.


Now we back to the R2Q grind with Joseph Oloapu and get back on track.

R2Q Netball Academy first round of Power up Program was a HIT!! Awesome to see these girls work ethic from day one all the way through.

Results showing 2k24 will be a big year for them all.

On to the next R2Q Sports Academy whose ready to get back into it!! 👊🏽

2023 Been a ride and yet we continue to keep bringing our OGs and a lot of new faces back every block.

Another Block done and dusted just before QPICC took off where we got to see alot of these faces representing their culture and heritage. (a few missing) also good to see some come away as Runners up but awesome to see a few more walk away with CHAMPIONSHIP. hard work never stops.

A massive shout out to you parents for sacrificing time for these future stars. It starts with you all and ends with you all. R2Q are grateful to be apart of their journeys.

Our last session tomorrow is back at Gym for another Strength and Conditioning session held at Fitness Cartel Kippa-Ring

Starting at 5.30-7pm.

So Same as last week get in a little early to sign in at the front desk and will get into it before the break.

The kid that never gives up always turns up and competes even when everything is against him and leads from the front. Told him to be patient and keep working hard even when no one is watching and one day it’ll happen wether he believed me or not he definitely believed in himself so the grind never stops and this is also just the beginning.

Hey Team!!

Reminder we are at fitness Cartel Kippa-Ring Gym Tonight.

So no swimming and No field.

But if we can get there and all sign in at the front desk then gather together outside in sitting area and will all move together into where we are doing our session.

Afternoon Team

Unfortunately we’ve been hit with another setback with fields under maintenance from this week onwards.

So we have a back up plan to still get the hard work in with some strength and conditioning back at Fitness Cartel Kippa-Ring starting at 5.30-7pm

Apologies for inconvenience but we are set keep the hardwork going before pre season is back in full swing.
