SCTM 是集合不同風格的菲律賓和馬來武術所組成的一個團隊。 我們致力在香港發展和推廣其武術，並透過實際練習提升學員的自我保護能力。 我們亦舉辦本地及海外之研討會活動及講座。
SCTM is an asscoation of combining different styles of Arnis and Silat. Aim to enhence self-defense abilibites through practices. We also provide seminers or lectures in local or overseas.

In my earlier seminars, I often demonstrated my speed and strength in front of participants, showcasing what I was capable of. However, as I progressed through different stages and accumulated experience, I gradually came to realize that not everyone can meet the standards I set for myself.

As a result, I began to slow down and adopt a more inspirational approach to teaching, helping participants better understand the unique ESSI system. I also discovered that when I take the time to explain concepts in a detailed and thoughtful way, unnecessary or repetitive questions are significantly reduced.

For every two-day seminar, I don’t expect participants to absorb 100% of the content—perhaps 50% or 70%. But what matters most to me is that they never walk away with 0%.

在過去的研討會中，我經常在參加者面前展示與示範自己的速度與力量。然而，隨著不同階段的歷練與經驗的累積，我逐漸明白，並非每一個人都能達到我所設定的標準。

因此，我開始放慢腳步，透過更具啟發性的教學方式，引導參加者理解 ESSI 的獨特系統。同時我也發現，當我願意花時間細緻地解釋內容時，許多原本無意義或重複的提問也大幅減少。

每一次的兩天研討會，我並不期待參加者能吸收 100%，也許是 50%，或是 70%，但我始終希望，他們帶走的收穫，絕不會是 0%。
