Glad I have got to be a part of the 21st edition of the Blummentreff by the Syndicat d'Initiative Burmerange 💐 Over the last few weeks we prepared a parkour show to entertain the visitors and promote the parkour classes of the Kaizen Parkour Academy and I am very pleased with the outcome! Most structures on the playground were designed to be used one certain way, which made it a nice challenge to plan and choreograph everything.

At the beginning of this year I attended the "Ladies in Leuven" workshop at HAL 5 in Belgium. It was amazing to see this many female athletes train together. Huge thanks to the coaches as well as to all the people involved in making this event possible. I cannot wait for next year's edition! 🫶🏻
