When I hear people talking about the newest fanciest supplements while eating some sausage... when I hear people talking about recovery methods but eating and sleeping like s**t I go crazy... when I hear people saying but I don’t want to get too big without even getting started so far I go nuts... again set your priorities straight

🤸🏻‍♂️The handstand 🤸🏻‍♂️ Such a basic skill, however very complex in many ways...You wont see a lot of technically sound handstands. The more you are out of alignment, the more you have to work against gravity to hold the handstand and the more energy you waste. You will feel these limitations since you progress over 40 seconds / over a minute. Good alignment is mandatory then.

Lately i played around with some side to side squat variations (cossack squat). I guess i like this one the most. Start with no weights, just bodyweight. Once you feel comfortable and possess the necessary mobility to perform this exercise , you can start adding some weight. I went up to 70kg. It will stretch your adductors, you will gain some ankle and hip mobility and of course you gain some serious leg strength. Enjoy this exercise, since its also very beneficial to prevent injuries ... therefore its not only for strength athletes but also for all kind of ball sports, track and field and so on 🤙🏿🤙🏿🏋🏻‍♀️🏋🏻‍♀️

For me one of the best core exercises out there: the full wheel rollout will require a good amount of strength from head to toe! You have to hold a hollow body position throughout the whole movement in order to make this exercise save and get the most out of it.

Glute ham raises for developing serious strength in your hammies and your whole posterior chain. Start by using bands and support the positive phase of the movement by pushing off the ground with your hands ... just as much as necessary tho 🤟🏋🏻‍♂️ try and experience some sore hammies the next day 🚀

After a few months of not doing any olympic lifting it feels good to be back and start with some light work, a little bit more volume and low to medium intensity... just trying to focus on speed and technique 🏋🏻‍♂️🏋🏻‍♂️
