Being present in spaces like this is part of the process — not just for visibility, but for understanding the level, the demands, and what it truly takes to move forward.

Every environment teaches something.
Every experience adds value.

understanding the player, developing their strengths, working on their weaknesses, and guiding them toward the right pathway for their style of play.

Because not every player fits every environment — and real development comes from alignment, not just opportunity.

I see this all the time Players in General and especially young players

This is not about telling you to stop reaching out to agents, scouts, or clubs. It’s about how you do it.

Because the way you present yourself makes a huge difference especially to agents and clubs who don’t know you or how you play.

Instead of asking for help, start showing who you are.

Your strengths.
Your style.
Your identity as a player.

Put yourself in their position.
They don’t know you yet so your message is your first impression.

And first impressions matter.

At the same time, keep working on your game and also on your environment, your discipline, and your decisions.

Because those things shape your progress just as much as your talent.

This is not about putting anyone down. It’s about helping players move the right way.

And that’s where we come in
