Completely wasted the opportunity to do a New Year’s post so I’ll take advantage of the fact that the world has stopped and pretend like this is end of the year (or the world 👀).
2019 was the first time either of my parents had ever been to Europe. They came to one of my matches and we saw Amsterdam and the Kölner Dome together. I went to 6 weddings, celebrated my first Karneval in Düsseldorf and Köln and finished German level B1. I switched worlds in May and went from being a personal trainer to a Technical Account Manager . I saw Berlin and went back to Poland for the for the first time since I played there in 2014. I saw my first match between and and saw my first match against .wolfsburg in 2019 as well. Lots of firsts last year and here’s to more once we live in a corona free world again.
