Go ;) !! ViaRunning, vormals Sprint’ mit Herz, ist ein gemeinnütziger, studentischer Spendenlauf, der jährlich im Frühjahr in Frankfurt (Oder) stattfindet. Unser vorrangigstes Ziel ist die Unterstützung von Projekten, die ersichtlich darbieten, da
ss gesammelte Spendengelder auch wirklich dort angelangen, wo sie dringend benötigt werden. ViaRunning existiert seit 2010 und wurde von Robert Orzanna und Martin Zurek ins Leben gerufen. Und so läufts:
Alle drei Fakultäten der Universtät Viadrina treten mit je einer Mannschaft gegeneinander an. Sieger ist die Fakultät mit den meisten abgeschlossenen Runden. Jeder interessierte Läufer – unabhängig ob Student oder nicht – kann an dem Lauf teilnehmen, solange er sich einem Fakultäten-Team anschließt. Ziel eines jeden Teams besteht darin, die 2km langen Runden mit so vielen Teilnehmern wie möglich zu absolvieren. Pro Teilnehmer wird eine Startgebühr von 3€ erhoben, die als Spende an die brasilianische Studienförderung der Kinderhilfe PASSO FUNDO e.V. gespendet wird.

The Purpose…
ViaRunning, formerly ‘Sprint with heart’, is a non-profit, student charity run, which takes place every year in spring in Frankfurt (Oder). Our primary goal is to support projects, in which it is clearly identifiable where the collected money goes and that it reaches its goal where it is needed the most. Thus we decided upon supporting mainly local, small and transparent projects. ViaRunning exists since 2010 and was founded by Robert Orzanna and Martin Zurek. How it works…
Each participant decides which faculty s(he) wants to join, afterwards the faculties run again each other. The aim of each team is to complete 2 times the 2km long lap with as many participants as possible. The faculty-team with the most completed laps, wins. Any interested runner - whether student or not - can participate in this running event, as long as he joins a faculty team. The Goal…
Per participant is charged an entry fee of 3 €, which will be donated as a gift to the Brazilian study support and Children's Aid PASSO FUNDOeV. The Organization’s goal is to support homeless children in Brazil with money and education. Since children and students in the developed countries can be grateful for the educational chances they get, this year´s donation purpose is to support Brazilian children, teenagers and young adults who weren´t given those equal chances.
