Move Crew The "Move Crew" is a group that participates in fitness activities as a group, to promote physical activity for all and in turn, a better quality of life

The Move Crew aims to build a community that unites with the mutual intention...FITNESS. We invite anyone and everyone to join our movement, to join us in our adventures as we take on Cape Towns most popular sporting events such as Impi-Challenge, Two-Oceans Marathon, Warrior Race and Trail Running series. We aim to form a worldwide network of running and fitness crews and invite them to participa

te in events hosted in this beautiful city. We will meet once a week for a run or workout as a group. Lets build a community, lets make the change and encourage your lazy friends to start moving
