After decades of using this point successfully in my life, today I want to share with you one of my very favorite pressure points:

人中, "center of a human"
(Governing Vessel point 26) Ren Zhong, in the groove between the nose and the upper lip, in the upper third (one third from above, two thirds from below). Ren Zhong is another important emergency point of Chinese medicine, has a strong energizing effect and stimulates the flow of Qi.

It has an overall effect that regulates quite all of the bodies disbalances.

It is very very strong for either drunk, weak, semiconscious or unconscious people to get back to a much better state.

Share this to safe lives and a way more balanced health and immune system.

Would I say better, yes, I would, if I only could.

Here on Facebook I always have to think about the algorithm. What can I write, what not, what shall I think, what not, what will be shared by the algorithm, what will be shadowbanned by the algorithm an so on. That's why I like other platforms.

To see things from above or from within can provide holistic overviews.

To discover the vast lands of our existence does not mean that you have to travel a lot.

To see things from above does not mean to look down on something or somebody.

To climb a mountain does not mean to see things from above.

The higher views require different frequencies that derive from within and connect us to everything around us.

✨Everything is energy.
✨You are energy.
✨You are everything.

🧘‍♀🧘‍♂Meditation is a state of mind with different frequencies.

☯🕉☯ Within yourself there are resonating bodies that are linked to certain frequencies like the naval Chakra (chin., Daoism, lower dantian), the third eye and the crown Chakra.

These are your sources of physical, spiritual and cosmic intuition.

The higher your frequencies, the higher your intuition.

My simple advice for a Sunday:

Don't forget to rest.
It's simple, but many people just forget to fully relax after work or after workout.

Relax your eyes after staring at a monitor/display.

Relax your ears after listen to loud music or alike.

Relax your brain after thinking a lot.

Stand up after meditating a lot.

Stand up & move after sleeping a lot.

Relax your muscles after a workout.

Relax your intestines, if you've eaten too much.

Relax from the unstructured in holidays and return to structure & discipline.

You see!:
It's not about passivity, but about harmony & balance.

Just don't forget to relax or you might use up some of your essential energy.

In Chinese this energy is called Yuan Qi 原气. It is described as the given qi, the qi you are born with. Your essence. Excess can deteriorate your life due to damage of your essential energy.

Where does your day dreaming derive from? Can you day dream?

Are you able to see fantastic pictures while your eyes are open?

Can you picture a blue apple inside your hands just by your creative fantasy?

What is the 3rd eye?
Does it exist?

Are there physical clues to its existence?

What is an electro-magnetic field?

What is the energetic center of your head?

What is the resonating frequency of your head?

Many questions & even more answers:

I'm researching the third eye since I were 9. But all of us do. Yes! Well, I did it due to my mum's guidance of Shiatsu way back then & due to the Qigong books given to me when I was about 9.
But do you remember heavy dreams? Dark and light ones? Do you remember having visions during a fever?

I'm thinking about a bigger project to the third eye & over-all consciousness.
