The Art of Embodied Living This page is to share my work with anyone interested in developing their personal health and well-being by connecting & learning through their bodies

Everything we experience in life, we experience through our bodies. If we can learn to recognise the physical and mental patterns that limit this process, we can learn to respond to our challenges with more energy, attention and ease. In one-to-one sessions, clients are directed to pay attention to their bodies through a combination of direct physical touch, movement and dialogue. Clients learn to

recognise and stop patterns that limit them in order to reach their individual aims. These aims could include:
- Transforming acute and/or chronic pain
- Stop recurrent feelings of tension, stress, exhaustion
- Improve levels of concentration and confidence
- Complete a project or develop a new skill
- Connect to oneself & others with clarity & openness

And ultimately learn to be well
