And another very good one in Brazil ... this time my classical Pilates instructor. I go there twice a week for a nice workout (5 minutes by foot 🤩).
And yes it's possible for me to work out with just um pouco de portugese: due to the fact I'm classically trained I know the whole Pilates repertoire by heart (plus variations) ... and language issues don't exist 😎💪

Pilates is the best sport - you can do it anytime and everywhere. You just need a body ... and a bit of motivation 😉

Yes, the little one is able to sit in this position (with heels down) for hours ...it is such a natural position one unlearns while getting older.
I actually worked hard (and successfully) on this to perform it myself, coz it is so good to lengthen the lower back, open up the hips and relax the pelvic floor.
