This morning I stepped on stage for the first lineup — Men’s Physique. It’s actually my first time competing at the and also the first time I’ve ever competed and not made the top 5. I did make the first call-out, which I’m proud of, but I was surprised not to be in the finalists.
I made the first 5 call-out but didn’t place in the top 5. I even went to the judges for feedback, but there weren’t any clear answers. And that’s okay — sometimes it’s not about what went “wrong,” but about using the experience to come back better, sharper, and stronger. 💪
This journey is far from over. We learn, we grow, and we rise again. Next time, we’ll be back with more fire. 🔥
I felt ready, I was in good shape, and the lineup was strong with 12 athletes — all amazing competitors. Sometimes it’s not about what went “wrong,” but about learning from the experience. 💪
Later today I’ll step on stage again in the Open Bodybuilding category, and I’m excited to see how that goes. Normally my main category is Classic Bodybuilding/Physique, but since that’s tomorrow and I won’t be here, I decided to go for Men’s Physique this morning and Open Bodybuilding in the evening.
Every show is a lesson, and I’ll take this one forward. We keep growing, we keep learning, and we keep coming back stronger. 🔥Again not every stage ends with a trophy 🏆 — but every stage teaches you something new. Big thanks to Natural Bodybuilding competition.
