🏃🏾‍♂️ Community Run Update

What a great evening we had at last week’s run! 🙌🏾

A huge thank you to everyone who came out, brought the energy, and helped make our Wednesday community run such a great experience. Seeing this community grow week by week is exactly why we started.

Quick update: There won’t be a community run for the next three Wednesdays as I’m currently on vacation and travelling around Europe with family and friends. 🌍🚗

We’ll be back soon, and once I’m back in Berlin we’ll continue our Wednesday runs at Gleisdreieck Park—same time, same great atmosphere!

In the meantime, I’ll be sharing a few moments from my travels (and hopefully a run or two 😉), so stay tuned.

Thank you again for all the support. I can’t wait to get everyone back together when I return.

🏃🏾‍♂️ It’s Wednesday… you know what that means!

Community Run Day! 🙌🏾

I’m looking forward to seeing everyone again this evening for another relaxed run through Gleisdreieck Park.

Whether you’ve joined us before or you’re thinking about coming for the very first time, you’re more than welcome. This run is all about building a supportive community, enjoying the outdoors, and moving together at a comfortable, conversational pace.

📍 Meeting Point: Outside Gleisdreieck Station
🕖 Time: 7:00 PM
💰 Cost: Free
👟 All fitness levels welcome

We’ll start with a warm-up, mobility, and stretching before heading out for an easy-paced run together.

And this is just the beginning… One of our long-term goals is to prepare together for a half marathon. One step, one run, and one Wednesday at a time. 🏅

This will be our last community run before I head off on vacation for a few weeks, so I’d love to see as many of you as possible tonight!

FIRST HYROX ✅🔥

What an experience!

Coming from a natural bodybuilding and powerlifting background, HYROX was a completely different challenge. Different energy systems, different demands, different mindset.
na and I completed our first HYROX Mixed Doubles in 1:44. While we know there’s plenty of room for improvement, we’re proud that we showed up, pushed through, and crossed the finish line together.

The biggest lesson? HYROX is not just about strength. It’s about pacing, endurance, teamwork, and staying composed when your body wants to quit. Now I understand why so many people get hooked on this sport.

For now, it’s back to bodybuilding prep and chasing the next stage goal. But this definitely won’t be my last HYROX. Next time we’ll come back stronger, smarter, and faster. 💪🏾

Thank you to .na for fighting through every station and every kilometer. The journey continues.

Honestly… I’m still smiling thinking about this weekend ❤️

What started as a normal birthday turned into something really special. Being surrounded by such an amazing group of people, not just clients, but a real community, means more to me than I can even put into words.

From the surprise at to the laughs, the vibes, the energy… and even the gifts (I’m still not over the “Best Trainer in the World” socks 😄) — I truly felt appreciated.

The gift card, the time, the effort, the organization… you guys really went all out, and I don’t take that for granted at all 🙏🏾

And on top of that… we’ve got a fitness baby on the way 👶🏾✨
Huge congratulations to soon training with a little champion watching from the sidelines 💪🏾❤️

This right here is what it’s all about.
It’s bigger than fitness. It’s about connection, support, and building something real together.

I’m honestly blessed to have you all in my corner ❤️
