How to combat stress and long shifts while boosting your health?
Our client - a police officer, with long stressful shifts, struggled with energy and wellbeing despite intense CrossFit training.
Working together with our Head Coach Ines, the focus was on improving how he felt daily, not just focusing on numbers. The method was to NOT track calories, but simply using a food diary and glucose tracker, to get insights to guide us to help him eat the right foods at the right times.
