I help professionals on the edge of burnout regulate their nervous system and find their way back to themselves. If you are exhausted, overwhelmed and running on stress with no way to release it, you are in the right place. I share simple tools rooted in ancient wisdom and backed by modern science for stress relief, nervous system regulation and burnout recovery. Breathwork to reset during the day. Yoga and meditation to switch off in the evening. I am a yoga teacher and former transport engineer with 10 years in corporate and over 12 years of personal practice, including a stress management program at an Ashram in India. I know this world from the inside. Ancient wisdom. Modern science. Your way back to yourself.

How to stop a panic attack when nothing else works.

A friend told me stress relief tools don't help when panic hits. This is what I shared with her.

Remember 5 4 3 2 1:
👁️ 5 things you can see
👂🏻 4 things you can hear
🖐🏻 3 things you can touch
👃🏻 2 things you can smell
👅 1 thing you can taste

Your senses bring you out of your head and back into your body, into the presenr moment.

Save this for the next time you need it, and send it to someone who gets panic attacks.

Have you tried it? Tell me how it felt 🤍

Maybe the new kind of chic is a softer life. 🤍

More rest. More presence. More nature. Less rushing, overthinking, and proving.

Building a life your nervous system doesn’t constantly need to recover from. 🌿

What if the thing you’ve been told is your weakness… was never a weakness at all? 🤍

Maybe you notice everything. A shift in someone’s tone. The energy in a room. The noise, the tension, the tiny details others seem to miss.

Maybe you feel deeply, think deeply, and get overwhelmed more easily.

There’s actually a name for this: Sensory Processing Sensitivity (SPS), a researched trait associated with deeper processing, sensitivity to subtle stimuli, emotional responsiveness, and greater susceptibility to overstimulation.

And yes, that can mean stressful environments affect you more. But research suggests the other side matters too: sensitive people may also respond more strongly to supportive, positive environments.

Your sensitivity doesn’t need to disappear.

The work is learning to understand it, protect it, and work with it. 🌿

This is Part 1 of my new series on high sensitivity.

And if this felt like someone finally put words to your experience, tell me below: Have you ever been called “too sensitive”? 🤍
