MESSAGE TO EVERY TALENTED YOUNG FOOTBALLER IN AFRICA AND GHANA 🇬🇭⚽️
Talent is NOT enough.
I have seen many talented boys stop on the way. And I have seen boys with less talent go to Europe because they WORKED HARD.
European clubs like Hertha BSC Berlin don't just look for talent. They look for:
1. DISCIPLINE - Do you come to training early? Do you respect your coach?
2. HARD WORK - Talent will make them watch you for 5 minutes. Hard work will make them sign you.
3. MENTALITY - Can you listen, learn, and fight even when you are tired?
Stop waiting for someone to help you. Wake up 5am. Train. Run. Work on your weak foot. Pray. Respect your parents and your coaches.
No agent can help a lazy player. No scout will sign a player who doesn't work.
Your time will come. But when it comes, will you be ready?
Keep working. Keep believing. Ghana to Europe is possible.
