The body shows patterns. Always.
How we carry our bag.
How we hold a child.
Which side we sleep on.
Which hand we lead with.
The body keeps the score — of habits, stress, repetition, and trauma.
Nothing is random.
It all leaves a trace in the tissues, the breath, the nervous system.
That’s why practice isn’t about doing more of the same.
It’s about interrupting patterns, creating balance, and feeding the body new information.
When we move differently, breathe differently, and organize ourselves with intention,
the nervous system gets a chance to reset.
And from there - change becomes possible.
