To all our friends in the USA-
We've got some important news about shipping.
Deutsche Post and DHL, our main shipping options here in Germany, have temporarily suspended most standard parcel shipments to the United States. This is a big, industry-wide issue affecting many of us across Europe, and it's due to new U.S. customs regulations that have created a lot of confusion and uncertainty.
Because of this, I won't be able to ship any new orders to the U.S. using our usual method until this situation is resolved.
What does this mean for your order?
Shipping is on pause. If you're a U.S. customer, please be aware that I'm currently unable to send out new orders.
Need it urgently?
The premium service, DHL Express, is still operating, but it's MUCH more expensive. Please also keep in mind that with this service, your order will be subject to new U.S. tariffs (around 15%) that you would be responsible for. If you'd like a quote for this option, please just let me know.
I'm truly sorry for any inconvenience this causes. This is a frustrating situation for small businesses like mine, and I'm watching for updates every day.
