Tomorrow, our amazing instructor Bety will be leading her final BodyPump class at Secret Grit Club :(. It’s not goodbye, just a “see you soon.” We’re grateful for the strength and motivation she has brought to each of her class, especially those killer bicep workouts and her favorite dance party moves! 💃💪
