My classes are very personal with maximum 4 people due to covid rules Each class is alwasy different, i also teach private classes and also help with problems like asthma, back problems, insommnia, headaches and so much more. i also do pregant yoga, which begins after the 3rd month, as i recommend the 1st 3 months are excercise free. Yoga is great for all ages, all abilites it is never too late to

start. Yoga helps keep the spine, joints, nervous system and circulation all working perfectly keep our bodies & minds strong, fresh and alert.
