We are excited to welcome Ilias Mantzos (Ilias Mantzos ) 🇬🇷 to the SPE Strovolou Men’s Team as our Head Strength & Conditioning & Rehabilitation Coach!

With over 13 years of experience in elite handball, injury prevention, athlete rehabilitation, and aquatic-based rehabilitation, Ilias brings exceptional knowledge and expertise to our team. 💪🏽🏋️‍♂️

Ilias has been part of the European University handball team in the same role for the past 6 years and has served as Head Strength & Conditioning Coach of the Greece Men’s National Team since 2023, including participation in the final phase of the Men’s EHF EURO 2024. 🇬🇷🔥

He is also Head Coach of the Greece Men’s U18 National Team, co-founder of Fittherapy Rehabilitation Center in Nicosia, holds an EHF Pro Licence (Master Coach), a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Sport Science, and a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy.

We are thrilled to have someone with such outstanding experience and passion joining the SPE Strovolou Family. Together, we are committed to building stronger, healthier and better athletes! 💙💪
