Η Royal Highgate Public Company Limited (η “Εταιρεία”) συστάθηκε στην Κύπρο την 1 Νοεμβρίου 1993, ως ιδιωτική εταιρεία περιορισμένης ευθύνης. Στις 17 Ιουλίου 2001 οι τίτλοι της Εταιρείας εισήχθηκαν προς διαπραγμάτευση στο Χρηματιστήριο Αξιών Κύπρου. Στις 20 Ιουλίου 2001 η Εταιρεία διατύπωσε Πρόταση για εξαγορά της Highgate Leisure Holdings Ltd η οποία έγινε αποδεκτή στις 25 Αυγούστου 2001. Στις 4

Σεπτεμβρίου 2001, η Εταιρεία μετονομάστηκε σε Royal Highgate Ltd και στις 19 Απριλίου 2005 μετά από αίτηση έχει εγκριθεί από τον Έφορο Εταιρειών η αλλαγή ονόματος σε Royal Highgate Public Company Limited.
