I could tell you constellations work, but I’d rather let my calendar tell you. Because the truest measure of this work isn’t in what I say about it, it’s in the clients who keep coming back once they’ve felt, in their own bodies, what actually shifts.
People don’t return to something that only moved the surface. They return because one session in the field rarely stays contained to the one thing they walked in carrying. It tends to ripple into every corner of a life they didn’t even ask me to look at.
One client came to me with a relationship pattern she’d repeated for years. She was always the one giving more than she received, always feeling like her love landed somewhere it wasn’t fully seen. We constellated that.
And weeks later, something at work finally caught up with her. Recognition she’d waited on for a long time arrived, and a raise followed close behind it. We didn’t constellate her career. The field simply reached further than the question she brought.
This is the part I wish someone had told me before my own first constellation. The work you came in for is never really the whole work. It doesn’t stay inside the box you handed it.
You work on the relationship, and somehow your career loosens too. You work on the money block, and somehow you can finally look your mother in the eye without that old, familiar heaviness. Nothing in a family system moves alone. You pull one thread, and the next one follows.
That’s the real reason my clients rarely stop at one session. It isn’t that the first one fell short, it’s that it worked, and working is exactly what showed them how much more was waiting underneath.
If you’ve already worked with me once and you’re wondering whether coming back means the last session wasn’t enough, it doesn’t. This work moves in layers, and every layer you clear makes room for the one underneath it.
And if you’ve never done this before, you don’t need a resume of therapy or self-development to walk in. You just need the one thing that’s been sitting heavy in you - a relationship, a pattern, a block, a feeling you can’t quite claim as fully yours.
Here’s what my clients are saying:
