DISCOVER YOGA - a calling to anyone interested in finding out a bit more about the practice of yoga and its benefits 🧘🏼‍♀️

Join us for a simple, relaxing restorative class, where we will focus on our bringing out our flexibility, getting to know our bodies and learning how to use the breath with pranayama breathing exercises.

You will get to experience relaxing meditation and a complete release of stress, all done in our small new space which I cannot wait to introduce to you guys ❤️

Maria I'm SO PROUD OF YOU!
She came to me about 2 months ago with her frozen shoulder and was in alot of pain unable to move or do her daily routine.

Now two months down the line she's stronger, no pain, arm is not stiff she's got most of her flexibility in her arm back.

Keep it up, so very proud of you !
