Γεννήθηκα για να μεταμορφώνομαι.
Δεν έρχεσαι εδώ για να γίνεις κάτι άλλο.
Έρχεσαι για να θυμηθείς ποιος/ποια είσαι.

Η πεταλούδα δεν πιέζει τη μεταμόρφωσή της.
Την εμπιστεύεται.

Μέσα στη σιωπή του τόπου,
μέσα στην αναπνοή της Yoga,
αφήνεις πίσω ό,τι σε βαραίνει
και ανοίγεις χώρο για τα φτερά σου.
