How you start the day dictates what your joy, energy, focus, and productivity will be like for the rest of it.
Practice waking up early (this means getting to bed at a reasonable time) 7-9 hours of sleep.
Spend the first hour dedicated to your own practice. No emails, no messages, no social media.
1) Get your heart rate up and do a short exercise. HIIT, ashtanga yoga, whatever it is for you.
2) After that sit down and reflect. Meditate, breathwork and journal. I love doing it in that order, 5 mins each.
3) Lastly, learn something. Throw on a podcast, pick up a book. Reading the news doesn’t count. It’s about going in, not looking out.
